Lovely house, very large garden and lovely pool. Draguignan is nearby, unfortunately not to cycle because it is too hilly. House with all conveniences, yet authentic. There are immediate neighbors, but absolutely no problems with. Spacious garden offers plenty of privacy. The area has a lot to see and do, house is centrally located. Nearby exit road, the coast is just 30 km. Only downside: the mosquitoes at night. We would love it to come here once again!

Explanation: The situation is perfect and very private but not isolated, a very important point for my daughter. A fine swimming pool and a spacious garden. Lovely. The house is situated perfectly for who wants to get some rest and privacy but not wants to be completely in the middle of nowhere. The swimming pool is well maintained, big enough (10x6) and about 2 meters deep. The house is just big enough, well decorated, with a spacious master bedroom. The children’s bedroom is a little bit smaller with 4 beds. Trough the whole house are little wooden tables and other decoration that just give the finishing touch to this house. They really gave attention to the decoration. The toilet is separate from the bathroom which is really comfortable. We had the impression that the bathroom was a new one. Just lovely. The area which belongs to the house is enormous. You can make a walk in your own garden. Just on the backside of the house you can see a neighbor but there is still plenty of space between this house and the house of the neighbors. It is the only house you will see! It is very quiet with traffic as well, that could be because there is just one road passing by. So the front side of the house is very quiet and private, there is a big table where you can have a great breakfast and dinner as well. There is also a parking place which belongs to the house, with a lot of threes and shadow. The swimming pool is situated in such a way there is sun the whole day trough until half past 7. At the hottest moment of the day a chair under a big three is much more comfortable. The house is very nice and cool the whole day trough, even when the temperature outside is high. We would love to go back there!
